We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

By using SkyeStudio, you represent that you are authorized to manage or link the social media accounts associated with your SkyeStudio account. Any violation of this representation may result in immediate account termination and, if applicable, legal action.

4. Service Access

SkyeStudio aims to provide uninterrupted access to its platform. However, we do not guarantee that the services will always be available, error-free, or meet your expectations. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or cyber-attacks may temporarily interrupt service availability.

You are entitled to a 15-day withdrawal period for your first subscription, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund.
